8BitAlarm ensures you stay awake after your alarm rings by adding a fun way to turn off your alarms with our charming retro games.
This alarm clock makes sure you never oversleep by letting you choose a mini game from our catalogue to play when your alarm rings. Survive in the game for 30 seconds to stop your alarm or keep respawning until you do! The games are designed to be just stimulating enough that your early morning sleepiness completely fades away.
Enough of opening every app on your phone to get the dopamine to stay awake, just play a mini game and you're good to go. Customize your waking up experience by changing the details of each alarm.

Multiple Games - We have a variety of mini games to choose from so you can select the one which best wakes you up, from peacefully hopping above the clouds in Rocket Jump or narrowly avoiding falling objects in Impact Frames.
Custom Audio - Make your own ringtone by setting the volume, toggling the fade in or vibrate, and adding your own audio files to the app.
Warning Notification - Make sure an alarm doesn't ring at a bad time like in the middle of class or work by enabling a warning notification to notify you of an alarm 5 minutes before it rings.
Lock Screen Snooze - The game will pop up directly from the lock screen so you can directly play. You can turn this off to add some friction to the process of waking up.
Soundscapes - Having trouble falling asleep? We have a few built-in customizable ambiences to play to doze off to. Put them on a timer so that they can turn off automatically.
