About this app

EIHPOS Work is the attendance app for employees and subcontractors of the EIHPOS GROUP. You use the app with an account and phone approved by EIHPOS.

On the job site
Scan the QR code upon arrival and departure. The app checks your location, phone, and login before confirming a registration. You will see the status of your attendance and the recorded time.

Register your phone first
Your administrator will send you an invitation to register your device. After verification and approval, you can log in with your EIHPOS account. One approved phone is associated with your account.

Clear guidance in case of connection problems
An interrupted request is saved so that you can verify the outcome without registering twice. In case of ambiguity, the app does not confirm hours on a trial-and-error basis.

Dutch and Russian
Choose your language on the home screen. The core screens and privacy explanations are available in Dutch and Russian.

Location and privacy
The app asks for your precise location during a registration. There is no background location tracking. QR images are processed on your phone. For security purposes, the app, the device, and network signals are checked. The app contains no advertisements.

You need Android 9 or later, Google Play Services, an internet connection, and a supported phone. A device that fails the mandatory security check cannot register attendance.

Time management and supervisor monitoring are handled via the EIHPOS web app. For access or assistance, please contact your EIHPOS administrator or [e-mail].

Verplichte updatecontrole via Google Play wanneer een nieuwere versie voor je toestel beschikbaar is. Lopende registraties worden eerst afgerond. Je aanmelding, toestelkoppeling en opgeslagen uren blijven behouden. Het updatescherm is beschikbaar in alle zeven app-talen.
