This is the new official app for listening to WFMU, an independent freeform radio station based in New Jersey. This app is the updated version of the previous unofficial "Woof-Moo" app. The old app previously known as "WFMU (Official)" has now been retired, and this version of the Woof Moo app is the replacement for it.

Check out the weekly schedules, listen live to a selection of streams, or catch up on the recently archived episodes. Queue episodes for playback, or download episodes to listen back offline. You can also listen via your Chromecast device, or in your car with Android Auto.

This app contains no adverts or tracking. Analytics functions are available, but are unused at the time of writing. You can disable this completely at any time, and will be presented with this option when the app is first opened.

Ratings and reviews

The developer of this app really needs to get some recognition. It's just miles ahead of the official app or, in a lot of ways, the website itself. Kept up to date with gorgeous design and excellent features. It's a visual feast to go along with the audio feast that is WFMU. If there was a medal for Hero of Listener Supported Independent Free Form Radio, this developer would win it. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

If it wasn't for this app I wouldn't be able to listen to WFMU properly. The official app doesn't work on my newer phone for some reason and the Internet stream through a browser is a bit clunky. But this app works like a charm and the Dev should really get some recognition for it!!

This is a great app for an excellent radio station. My only gripe is that it chews up a lot of data when streaming. Would it be possible to have an option to stream at a lower bit rate.?
