The Agnis Method, developed by the dancer, teacher and choreographer Dani Agnis (Daniela Cardoso), brings a method of teaching Belly Dance based on the scientific basis of Somatic Education, Andragogy, Biomechanics and Kinesiology, as well as cultural bases of Egyptian dance. From a chronology of movements, the practitioners gain body awareness and physical benefits, especially in relation to women's health, also leading to psychological gains, such as the recovery of self-esteem, confidence and femininity, regardless of age.
Through the chronology of the movements, the body awareness acquired with the method favors pelvic movement, increasing the blood supply of this region, improving female health and providing a better functioning of the entire reproductive tract, as well as strengthening the entire floor muscles. pelvic, so important to the woman.
The results of increased self-esteem and how women understand that their performance and expression in the world in which they live occur from the appropriation of their body expression, are some of the benefits brought by the method. Safer, women feel more empowered to overcome the challenges imposed by everyday life.
The promotion and development of the benefits provided by the Agnis Method occur because the chronology of movements is based mainly on Somatic Education, which treats body movement as a way of transforming a person's mechanical, physiological, neurological, cognitive and / or affective imbalances. in Kinesiology, which is the study of the forces that act on our body in motion to prevent injuries caused by poor execution of movements, promoting the student's understanding of the muscle and joint mechanisms at work when movement is triggered in the body.
The Agnis Method was created in 2006 and, since then, has provided the formation of hundreds of teachers of Belly Dance throughout Brazil, with the consequent elevation of the teaching quality of this dance modality, for being a pioneer in the systematization of the teaching methodology. .
The Agnis Method has international certification, recognized by CID (International Dance Council) and ISOC - Egypt and is responsible for the professional development of all graduated teachers, whose certificates also have international certification.
In addition to the recognition guaranteed by the certification, the greatest form of recognition of the importance of the Agnis Method is the numerous reports of how the methodology has positively impacted the lives of female students and teachers throughout Brazil, who have had their lives transformed once they have conquered. her fullness and the rescue of her femininity.
