About this app

This application implements a solution that allows the secure exchange of data with the citizen. The data are modeled in certificates that provide specific information about citizens, and can be presented both physically and digitally. Some examples of such documents can be an individual health card, gym card, library card, youth card...

The data is on the citizen's device, and is stored encrypted allowing full control over it. Users will be the only ones who will be able to use, share or delete these verifiable credentials at any time, with specific permission from the application itself.

The technical mechanism for information exchange sends encrypted and signed data to ensure security. Encryption ensures that the data can only be seen by the citizen and signatures, the origin of the information. The safe transport of data is based on the use of the services of the Basque Government, serving from the European Union and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (DBEO).

Problem remembering password

Hi Diane, the password is stored just in your phone and so it is not possible to recover it. Anyway there is an easy solution; deinstall the app and install it again. That way you will be able to set up a new password. You have more information about common questions in https://nik.euskadi.eus . Best regards

Olvida usar esta aplicación si no eres cuidando de España. Necesitarás DNI electrónico con lector de tarjetas si quieres usar certificado FNMT. Si quieres pedir certificado de País Vasco con NIE español, se produce un error al solicitarlo.

Kaixo Marcin. Si ha tenido problemas al obtener la BAKQ de forma online puede solicitar la BAKQ presencialmente en cualquier KZGunea. En esta url puede solicitar cita en el horario que mejor lo cuadre. https://www.kzgunea.eus/es/cita-previa. Si tiene dudas nos puede encontrar en nik@euskadi.eus.

He vuelto a probar la app. Primero establecer un PIN de 6 cifras = OK, luego activar biometría = OK, luego usar CERTIFICADO DIGITAL = NO OK porque no coge el certificado digital que tengo instalado en el móvil sino que quiere usar un código QR o un lector de tarjetas para DNI electrónico. Esperaré a una nueva actualización que incluya la funcionalidad de usar el certificado digital instalado en el móvil. Gracias por sus esfuerzos y hasta la siguiente reseña. Agur Maitea!🔥💦🪣
