About this app

EJO Admin gives authorized EJO administrators and employees access to marketplace operations from their phone or tablet. An existing EJO staff account is required; this app is not a customer shopping app.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Search orders, filter by status, and open complete order details. Review customer and seller information, products and variants, quantities, pricing, taxes, discounts, payment information, shipping and billing addresses, and delivery tracking. View order status history, payment adjustments, and an invoice preview with a link to the printable invoice.

DAILY OPERATIONS
Follow marketplace activity, review vendor registrations and approval queues, manage assigned tasks, and communicate with vendors through private conversations and file attachments. Available operations depend on the permissions assigned to your staff account.

ALERTS AND VOICE
Manage sound, vibration, quiet hours and optional English or Arabic voice alerts. Vendor chat supports background push with generic spoken sounds. Other task alerts detect changes while the app is open. Phone permissions, volume, Silent mode and Focus settings apply. Customer details and chat text are not spoken.

SUPPORT AND PRIVACY
Contact EJO support for staff access, account questions, and privacy or data deletion requests. Support and privacy information are available before sign-in and from your profile.

An internet connection is required. Some printable documents and administrative links open the EJO website and may require browser sign-in.
