About this app

This service allows you to request an extract from the criminal record online, which is an official document issued by Moroccan courts.
With " Criminal Record السجل العدلي " you can now:

- MAKE A REQUEST FOR AN EXTRACT FROM THE JUDICIAL RECORD and choose the method of receipt, either by:

1- Email:
Requires the use of the new generation National Electronic Identity Card (CINE) in order to receive your criminal record.
2- Registered letter:
Your criminal record will be issued to you at home.
3- Withdrawal from a court:
The user chooses the court for the recovery of the criminal record.

- FOLLOW YOUR REQUEST FOR AN EXTRACT FROM THE CRIMINAL RECORD:

Simply fill in the request number and select the type of ID to see the progress of your request.

- DOWNLOAD YOUR EXTRACT:

The app also gives you the option to download the original document from your locker by scanning the QR code.

Surprising and satisfying experience. Only one issue related to validating/sending the uploded ID images, the send button is not clickable ( i think it will be the case for most small screens android phones), i had to activate rotation mode on my phone so the display goes horizontally so the button becomes clickable. but in general it's a good initiative and hope that the rest of the public administrations do also the same initiatives

I was really impressed by how effective and fast the service was. I am proud that my country is taking digitization of administrative services seriously, and the government is doing a truly good job about it. The app was easy to handle, and each step was clear. Lastly, the app never bugged, and it provided a thorough explanation when I tracked the document's progress.

everything goes well untill it asks me to upload a picture of my id card from the front and back but when i give it permission to access my camera and storage and try to open my files or camera throught it to upload the picture nothing happens its like the app is unable to open other apps.
