Point Bank Eka is an abbreviation of Bank Eka Interaction and Transaction Post which is implemented in the form of the Laku Pandai Service application (Officeless Financial Services in the framework of Inclusive Finance) based on a mobile application used by Bank Eka Point Agents in providing banking services to the entire community.
Point Bank Eka features include:
1. BSA Account Customer Registration;
2. Check BSA Customer Balance;
3. Cash Withdrawal;
4. Cash Deposit;
5. Deposit to Another Bank;
6. Payment of PLN, Telkom/Indihome, BPJS, Kartu Halo, Indosat Ooredoo Matrix, XL Prioritas, Tri Postpaid, Smartfren Postpaid bills;
7. Top up Eka Pay, Dana, Gopay, Link Aja, Ovo, Shopee Pay;
8. Purchase credit and data packages.
