Rangasudha app can be used to train students in the fundamentals of south Indian #carnatic #classical #music. It has various features that enable students to learn #swaramala, #swaram identification, #raga lakshanam to name a few. The app allows a student to practice #swaram and #akaram in a guided environment.

Additionally, #swaramandal is available for ear training allowing the student to get immersed in any ragam. This is a ragam-aware string instrument (like #veena, only this instrument is even more simpler to play).

More advanced features like #voiceculture, #manodharma add value to students.

The app also contains demo videos for #singing #viruthams, #kalpanaswaram, #neraval and #alapana.

Further, the app has predocumented #lessons that can be used by the #student during practice.

Lessons , ragam info and other swaram designs that the student creates can be easily shared to others using social media. This way, the app inculcates knowledge sharing.

The app allows the users to change pitch according to their needs. it supports over a 1000 ragams and is very flexible.

Last but not the least, this app is meant to supplement a Guru and not substitute him/her.
