Unified App for City logistics of Ekart (logistics arm of Flipkart) is used by field force for making Flipkart shipments delivery and pickup.

The app has below features:

1. In-app training and details about processes
2. Navigation feature to customer's address
3. Accept payments at doorstep via PhonePe and Card Machine
4. View salary and incentives
5. SOS feature for our field force. In any emergency if SOS button is clicked by field force, nearby security team personnel is notified to make sure relevant help is provided to field force immediately.

very worst app in the industry, every time i go to another app or open map it keeps starting from the beginning, very worst ui because 1. we need to open each delivery in order to know whether it is prepaid or cod. 2. theres no general information about what product is the shipment ( other delivery apps mention it) 3. the app keeps showing 'connecting' and nothing happens, we need to clear data and login again

"Request to update Field-X app. Currently, shipments do not show in scanned sequence order on screen. Even after sequential scanning at the hub, orders get jumbled up. Riders have to manually search names to call customers, wasting delivery time and fuel. Please fix this and show orders exactly 1-by-1 as scanned (Scan Sequence Sorting) for faster deliveries."

worst app you think giving updates to improve but updates are opposite to delivery boys are struggling when update is coming. And worst management app and location based rate card is absolutely wrong step And please remove start delivery attempt option what purpose you giving this option there is no use its time waste to delivery boy so so so many time waste options are there in app. mainly OTPs are not send properly we will send 2 times to customer and once send otp 90sec time to send next one
