In the Field Automation App, work is assigned to users in the form of Case IDs. Each case contains specific work details that users capture during their tasks. Work assignments are distributed to users in the form of unique Case IDs, which serve as identifiers for individual tasks. Each case contains comprehensive work details, including instructions, and other relevant information. Field users access their assigned cases through the app and update the associated details as they progress through their tasks. These updates include observations, photos, forms, and other required data. All captured information is synchronized with a centralized database in real-time (or upon network availability), ensuring data integrity and reducing delays.Once the data is synced, it becomes accessible to hierarchical users such as supervisors, managers, or administrators, who can view, monitor, and analyze the progress and performance of field operations.
