Upon booking at the facility, the guest will receive an email containing instructions to download the app and the virtual access badge as an attachment.

The EkinexGO app can be used in all accommodations that utilize the innovative access control system based on the Delégo Server.

EkinexGO lets guests access rooms via smartphone, no key or badge needed.
