Signed up for "Premium" and it's anything but. Had streams sitting at 33% processing for almost 2 weeks, no support response (either through in app messaging or Discord), clip quality has degraded and the app isn't working as a post scheduler half the time. Add in that Facebook doesn't work AT ALL if you're posting to a page "you manage" and Instagram can't be scheduled at all because it just opens the native app. Will be reaching out to Google about options for canceling. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely a garbage product. the system does not work, customer service is slow to respond, and they'll refuse to give your money back because that's their refund policy? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I put a video in, got 8 completely unusable clips back. The video was a video of screenshots basically, with choppy audio in the background, from the several matches I played in my long form video.

I'm going to say this: when I FIRST started using Eklipse, it was a godsend. I didn't just get clips of kills, I got funny moments and everything too! But now all I get are kills and they end up being mostly lackluster. The voice clip used to be amazing too! But now I can say "clip that! clip that!" and it ends up not being clipped forcing me to go through hours of footage to find what was originally implemented as a feature. The worst part? I can't even get a refund.
