Ekofluid Esca is a professional mobile application for temperature normalization and advanced analysis of water content in insulating and lubricating oils. The app recalculates measured values to the standardized reference temperature of 20 °C, enabling consistent comparison across varying operating conditions. In addition to correcting water content from ppm measurements, Esca now also supports correction based on relative saturation (aW), providing greater flexibility in field applications. A dedicated sensor correction module allows users to adjust raw ppm readings, while an integrated saturation curve calibration tool enables the creation and storage of custom oil types for use in future calculations. All processing is performed locally, and historical measurement data is securely stored on the device, allowing engineers and maintenance professionals to track trends and maintain reliable documentation without requiring an internet connection. Designed for work on transformers, turbines, and other critical equipment, Ekofluid Esca delivers precise, standardized oil analysis in a streamlined and dependable workflow.
