An indispensable materials engineering tool designed for accurate analysis of elastomeric materials, compression set and contact stresses in gaskets and O-rings. With ElastomerMeasurement – ​​Stress, you can dimension circular seals and prevent leaks under extreme temperatures and pressures, completely independent of common network connections.

Ensure lasting sealing solutions and control elastomer limits through three specialized modules:

Compression Set & Deformation: Enter rubber type, operating temperature and exposure time to calculate the permanent compression set in percent based on temperature effects.

Contact Stress & Seal: Analyze the mechanical pressure against the flange. Enter hardness in Shore A and compression to calculate the real contact stress in megapascals (MPa).

Glass Transition & Temp: Predict embrittlement at low temperatures. Analyze the distance to the material’s glass transition temperature (Tg) to prevent structural gasket failure.

The visual interface is characterized by clean technical lines in carbon black and elastomer orange color tones, tailored for efficient use during engineering and laboratory analysis.
