This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a pharmacy app. They claim orders should arrive within 2 hours, yet somehow they tell you it will take 3 days. Very bad experience ordering stuff with the app or the website, the search bar showing different results from the one I searched for, it shows you that the product is available but when you call the call center they says no it's out of stock, the order took days and it's not sure if it gets to you or not, you will need to call the customer service so many times and no one helps you, there's a free samples on the app it's fake they will tell you okay we can't give it to you. (Visit nearest shop)

Many common drugs do not show up when searching for them. And each time I order the order takes more than 5 hours to be delivered although it only takes 45 minutes through the hotline and they say they will take 2 hours max through hotline.. which clearly indicates lack of organization from the delivery aspect and the branches communication.
