Paintarea is a relaxing area fill logic puzzle built around regions, clues, and careful deduction.

Each board is divided into regions. Your goal is to decide which regions should be shaded and which should stay empty. Every region is handled as a whole, so each choice can affect several cells at once. The numbered clues tell you how many of the surrounding orthogonally adjacent cells should be shaded, giving you the information you need to solve the puzzle step by step.

The rules are simple to learn, but the puzzles can become surprisingly deep. You need to connect all shaded cells into one continuous area, avoid creating fully shaded or fully empty 2x2 blocks, and use every clue carefully. A single region can change the entire board, so every decision matters.
