ELE Mobile is the work application for the delivery personnel of ELE | Enlaces Logísticos Empresariales (ELE | Business Logistics Links).
RESTRICTED ACCESS
This application is for internal use. Only ELE employees can access it using their employee number and the password assigned by the company. There is no public record, and it is not possible to create an account from within the application.
FEATURES
- Register your arrival and departure times, with location verification at your assigned work center.
- View your shift, assigned center, and work history.
- Register deliveries and attach photographic evidence when required.
- Receive notifications and communications from Human Resources.
- View your mileage traveled during your shift.
BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING
ELE Mobile collects location data even when the application is closed or not in use.
This only occurs during the workday, from the moment the employee clocks in until they clock out. It serves to verify hours worked and calculate kilometers traveled, which is used to calculate employee pay. Outside of this period, the application does not record location data.
Permission is explicitly requested within the application, after a screen explaining this data collection, and can be revoked at any time through the system settings.
