Ratings and reviews

Although the content and lectures are beyond excellent, they are held back by the app itself. The app has a lot of glitches and I couldn't even use it on my Android 14 device. But thankfully the customer support person was very helpful and helped me resolve the issue in a couple of days. Would really appreciate if the app functions smoother than it has been.

The video player of the application cannot remember the last position of the recorded video lecture. So everytime when I replay it, I've to manually seek to the last position I left. Please rectify this. (EDIT- You didn't fix the issue in the recent update. It still doesn't remember the last position of the video. Please fix it)

The quality of lecture and material they are providing are excellent. But the app user experience is not satisfactory. I have enrolled myself in a batch on 22nd April and I'm still unable to watch live lectures. Everytime the live get paused and I am unable to resume it the play button didn't work. I have complaint about it on 24th April. Even the support team is very kind they didn't get this problem sort out.
