i purchased jee anushashan platinum batch . Teacher are good but customer support is very bad Whenever I have a problem, I complain, but it's never resolved. They simply say they don't do anything or respond properly. My streak breaks after every class. If you cannot handle these features then why do you provide them and I accept that there is a tech problem but at least reply.

I have very bad review, as the questions don't have proper solutions and the solutions are given as some robot learning some solutions not giving or telling answers and also the solution in app is very lengthy and most of them are wrong and mainly organic and maths and physics as well . inorganic is like hell . I mean you have 1 question and the question is wrong but the text and video solution is right but there is still wrong que then you get frustrated as you can't get answer and waste time

simple analysis of using it for 10 months almost daily 1. You are not voting your teachers with love and respect but are forced to become a window appears and no matter what you do if you do properly rate any teacher based on 4 or 5 aspects you just can't open the app and not at once every time you open the app such windows will show up. 2 . takes permission of location audio video, photo and Even reading other private things when you first activate it as student . other problems are like
