A residential electrical inspection app that can be used to create reports with pictures in order to justify needed repairs. Electrical Contractors can increase sales when using this app by up-selling inspections, pointing out code violations and suggesting needed repairs. You can also use it when selling a whole house warranty to point out items not covered or for potential buyers to be aware of possible repairs or safety hazards. Contractors can use it to save time and mistakes when doing their own inspections or estimates by sending the report right to their technicians. PDF generated reports can be emailed right to Realtor's, property owners, property managers or technicians or they can be printed or stored in the cloud for later use. Including a professional looking report along with your estimate of repairs will boost a customers confidence and increase your chances of being awarded the job.

The user can also add their own company logo. The selected logo will appear on the PDF reports. The PDF generated reports will also have the company address at the bottom of every page. The logo set by the client will also appear on all the screens of the app. While doing the inspection user have the option of to edit the previous inspections, i.e before generating the specific report.

Good concept but unless I am missing something there is no way to save inspection which makes it useless in places with no cell service or doing several jobs at the same time. When I try to email it says it cannot connect to server. I guess I am out my money. Should have a trial period before charging people.

There is no refund for this app and does not explain much about the app. Very discouraging when asking for a refund and there is little help doing it. Money grabbing app that does not even have a trial to test it out. I still want my money back....

This app is designed for my needs for home electrical inspections and reports. The disappointing part is it will not save work after filling out forms and will not send email. Contact attempts to designer has not provided response. I fear that he may no longer be with us.
