INSPECT WITH AN ELECTRICIAN CHECKLIST
Start from a residential electrical inspection checklist covering the panel, breakers, wiring, outlets (including GFCI/AFCI checks), and safety devices. Mark each item Pass, Fail, N/A, or Replace Recommended. Failed items keep a note so your report is clear when the homeowner asks why something failed.

PHOTO PROOF THAT CLIENTS UNDERSTAND
Snap the panel, a double-tapped breaker, or a cracked receptacle, then mark it up with arrows, circles, rectangles, text, and numbered callouts. Annotations save into the image so the evidence travels with the report—not as a separate markup file you'll lose later.
