Useless. I've tried to use it multiple times today, at different times of day and from different locations. It shows cars available, creates a booking then makes you wait for a car to be dispatched. Every time, after waiting, there is then a "no cars available" message and it's cancelled. The last time, it kept me waiting for almost half an hour before cancelling. Terrible app. Waste of time.

Booking function does not work. Even when you book a day in advance, you are not assigned a driver until the time you have requested to be picked up, and they will arrive 20 minutes later than you requested. What is the point of an advanced booking??

The app works fine, however scheduling a ride is useless. I waited for 30 minutes and missed an appointment despite scheduling an hour beforehand. To top it off I was charged anyway when I cancelled the ride because I found a different taxi. In a way it was my fault because my phone is busted and I can't access the very top of my screen, but I can if apps rotate. This one does not. Doesn't seem that hard to implement. That being said it's perfectly fine. Just don't schedule if you're in a hurry!
