Very very bad experience. Order accepted for items not in stock. After 10 days, available items shipped. But no mention of the balance items , which I had cancelled several times, but no confirmation from their. Telephones not attending. Their web site shows the status of the order as " Shipped". No mention of the balance items which is worth more than Rs 600. Several emails sent, but no reply.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Electronics Comp App. On July 6, 2024, I ordered a Voice Recognition Sensor through their platform, but it's been over till date and I haven't received the material. To make matters worse, they haven't refunded my money either.Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer support, they've completely ignored. No responses to emails, no updates on the order status, and no resolution.

Very bad experience! Hence 1 star. They confirm the order without stock. It will be shown on the application as available. Two weeks delay for my order to arrive that too after several follow ups. It did not have all the items which I had ordered. Now again follow up going on for missing items. Customer support is very hard to contact. Number provided is mostly busy! There are many new vendors and applications now. I would recommend to stay away from this application and service!!
