About this app

Elegis Mobile is the official app of the Elegis platform for managing political offices and teams in Brazil.

With the app, authorized users can access the main tools already available in their Elegis web account on their mobile phones, with data synchronized in real time.

IMPORTANT: This app requires an active account on the Elegis platform. New users are registered by the organization's administrator. It is not possible to create an account or subscribe to plans within the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Home — Dashboard with a summary of team activities: indicators, shortcuts, and a daily overview.

• Registrations — Consult, register, and edit contacts. Search by name, view details, history, and attach a profile picture to the registration.

• Requests — Register and track requests and services. Create requests, open details, and track the service status.

• Calendar — View team appointments and events. Consult the schedule and keep the agenda aligned. • Groups — Organize contacts into groups for segmentation and team actions.

• WhatsApp — Track message deliveries configured on the Elegis platform. View deliveries and results. This is not a standalone WhatsApp client.

TEAM SWITCHING

If you participate in more than one team (office, teams, or fundraising), you can switch the active team in the user menu. The app reloads the data of the selected team.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

Advisors, coordinators, and managers of organizations that already use the Elegis platform. This is not an app for the general public.
