Ratings and reviews

Great when it works, but it doesn't work 99.99% of the time. It refuses to connect even when I'm next to my printer. It checks for 5 seconds, has a popup appear lying about the printer being offline, and the only option to remove the lying popup is to click 'got it', rather than something useful like 'incorrect, send report', etc. I have to refresh everytime it refuses to connect, every 5 seconds, rather than being able to leave the phone trying to connect until it does. -10/5

Just bought a CC2. Set it up the connected this app. Worked first time. Started the very first print & all was good. 15 mins later..... Won't connect! It just says 'offline'. It's not & is printing away. The app is pointless if it's so inconsistent. It connects maybe 3 / 10. When it's connected it shows all that you need. Plus the camera quality looks decent enough. It just doesn't connect properly enough times unfortunately.

Simply doesn't work. My brand new Carbon 2 constantly says "offline", even when the printer shows it is online and printing. Seems to be major server issues with Elegoo, and this is the only thing I can think that is causing the issue. I have spent hours trying to solve it, and server issues are the last thing that could be causing the problem. All of the 1 star reviews here are correct. Don't waste your time trying to set it up, it's pointless.
