I thought the low score must be an anomaly because my printer and desktop software is great but 1 star is too high. I couldn't connect to my printer at all. Following the TWO different instructions for setup and neither works. in fact they both describe menu options on the printer that don't even exist! very disappointed

Sort of worked, after update doesn't work AT ALL. The app was able to see both my Saturn 4 Ultras, camera worked etc. After the update, the printers are gone. I re-bind them, and nothing. The printer updates with binding, the app still states "no printers found". 1 star... 0 if I could since it doesn't work. Like, at all..

Let's dispel a few assumptions and myths. When the app is installed on my phone and I am at my house it can 8/10 times connect to the printer and it will show me where the printer is at and the state of the project. When you have time lapse on the camera does not display over the app. I expected this behavior as my other printers are the same way. Bottom line, is it printing? Checks app. Nope, it's time to change the print.
