With it you can:
• Consult debts, access your invoices and download the 2nd copy of your accounts;
• Request a new link to a property;
• Request the reconnection of energy to your property;
• Track the progress of your requests;
• Register your invoices in automatic debit or receipt by e-mail;
• Report your meter reading;
• Consult your consumption history.
• Report a power outage in your property;

How to access
Just use your CPF or CNPJ along with your password for our virtual agency. The same one registered there on the Neoenergia Elektro website.
First access
If you have not yet accessed our virtual agency, you can register through the application itself. Just click on “New registration” and follow the instructions. If you need to request a new connection to a property that does not yet have electricity supply, click on the "Request New Connection" button on the home screen.

Ratings and reviews

For months now the app fails to let me access my account....always the same message: at the moment we can't retrieve your information....the app is just taking up space ....and I tried un-installing..updates are not available and now a few weeks later the very same problem....how difficult can it be to look into this if it is the same problem for other people?

1 word, worthless!! Always the same response, busy with collecting information, try again later. Well I have tried it now for a few days. Still the same. Better to deinstall this app, it only occupies space.
