Ratings and reviews

Cannot make notes. Cannot change the name of a vehicle to better identify it when you have multiple vehicles. Filing a report has no options. Stale service alerts & no recents. Service Card can't be used at service. Can't order replacement card. App is useless. Still must call in for most all needs. Update: tried to use the AI chat feature and it couldn't help. It tried to get an agent to help but none available so it disconnected.

There is a bug of duplicating symbols when entering email address for log in. App is dry and lacks of customization. I can't even change the way I log in to a biometric scan.

never updates. Service still shows as past due after work was completed even after I called support to verify the service was recorded on the account records.
