The input area for placing business miles is always difficult to access, been like this since our company elected to move away from PHH. Have requested and made suggestions for this several times. It is extremely frustrating. Additionally, I have to delete and reinstall the app every month for it to work. Called into thier service center every month for the past 5 months, told they are working on a fix. Still no fix. If my company didn't require me to use this service I certainly wouldn't.

PHH merged with Element several years ago. Recent version updates to correct an unsafe encryption mode on Android devices may be causing issues for data load. You may need to clear the application data on your phone settings in order to properly load app content. Path to clear data on your device: Settings / Apps / Xcelerate / Storage / Clear Data
