2025 was my first time going to Elements, and looking forward to making it to 2026. The app takes a bit to update prior to the event, but once fully available, it was very informational on set times and locations. Great for a quick check on things.

App still doesn't work a week later and Elements info team doesn't answer emails. When I open the app it says "there was an error"

when makling an account and registering my band the app said my email was already used for an account so i did forgot password but they wouldn't let me reset it because it says my email has no account? which is it? app is very poorly made
