When I send my bills through, it remains in pending status for sometimes for hrs/days, leaving me unaware if my bills are going to my company. Even after I used to refresh the option, a couple of times, my company did not receive the bills, resulting in me getting a short check due to the issue with the drive axle app. I have uninstalled and downloaded the app a couple of times with the same result. This has just started happening the last year or so.

While the app is simple and usually convenient, it lacks a few things that are required for certain types of papers. There are times when the auto focus doesn't work, so things are blurred. Sometimes the flash makes it harder to see details. When I try to delete a contact it won't let me. But the biggest problem I've had when turning in papers, there are some the have light ink/print or it's a carbon copy and it doesn't come in clearly but I can't lighten or darken the pictures for it to be seen

upload is horrible, it all depends on their servers, and it's clear they dont have enough, or they lack the general bandwidth. app crashes regularly, and if you let the app run in the background guess what? it does nothing.
