the game is bugging out. I use the plastic bag to get ice, but it gives me just a spring and no baggy of ice. then the game freezes and I have to force close. when I reopen the game, I have no baggy of ice and can't do the next step

Great game. Great storyline n I had fun solving the puzzles n play HOP. worth it to spending time. Thank you for the game!!

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my game but it STILL doesn't give me max energy when I haven't played it at all and continues to crash while I'm trying to play it. PLEASE update the game and fix it!
