The app doesn't work consistently. I submit my information and get "something went wrong" but it doesn't say what, so I have no clue how to fix what went wrong. Then I try again at 8 or 9 at night and it lets me sign in, but then the payment button stalls. Add to that, I can't access the website because the security certification isn't valid. How on 🌎 am I supposed to pay my bill?

this is probably the worst app I've ever used for insurance claims. leave the screen for longer than 10 secs and it restarts you at the beginning; clearing ALL of the data you entered. Manage to complete the form? You have a high chance of it simply erroring out, clearing all info, and making you do it again.

Easy to install this app & to get it running on all phones for everyone covered on this policy. Thanks!
