About this app

Dietrans is the work app used by the staff of Dietrans Cargo, a Colombian transportation and logistics company. With it, drivers and operators record the chain of custody of merchandise from beginning to end:

• Pickup: Scans each package at the manufacturer's location, taking a photo and recording the location as proof of arrival.

• Warehouse: Records the receipt of incoming packages.

• Dispatch: Assembles the load for each route by scanning against the plan.

• Delivery: Scans the items delivered to each destination, taking a photo of arrival and the recipient's digital signature, channel by channel.

During the workday, the app reports the vehicle's location—even in the background with the screen off—to record the route and notify each destination along the route when the truck is approaching. Tracking is activated with the driver's consent, is always visible in the app's notification bar, ends automatically at the end of the day, and can be turned off at any time.

This application is for internal use only and requires credentials provided by the company.
