app and features seemed to work great 2022-2025. But not any more, after the Jan 2026 update we do not have access to any of the functions or controls. Can the devs to anything to bring functionality back to this app? or is there a different app we should be using now?

Not functional. The new app won't let you do anything. Every section and option returns a "there was a delay" and doesn't work. Worthless

Doesn't even work, after this last outage, the functionality of this app is gone, can't monitor devices on my network, doesn't even show devices connected even though there are 20+ devices online.
