About this app

Elevator Matrix is the app for elevator maintenance companies, built in Thessaloniki by a company from the lift industry.

• Elevators & customers: records, registry, certificates, QR codes.
• Maintenance schedule following your country's lift regulation, with an automatic monthly plan per technician.
• Work reports by voice, with photos and customer signature — sent to the customer as PDF.
• Breakdowns & entrapments with technician alerts.
• Invoicing & collections, balances, bank statement matching.
• Spare-parts stock and supplier invoices.
• AI assistant for technicians: fault diagnosis from manuals, part recognition from a photo (only with your consent).
• Greece: lift regulation KYA 28425/2008, elevator registry, maintenance logbook, direct myDATA connection (MARK, QR).
• Move from your old software or Excel: customers, elevators, contracts, history, invoices and balances — in minutes.

Available in 17 languages. Try it instantly with demo data.

What’s new

New: Team chat — channels (Faults, Maintenance, Charges, Payments), direct messages, photos, files and voice messages, with discussion inside each fault and elevator. Operating permits and inspection reports arriving by email are filed to the right elevator automatically. Fixes: notifications, growing note fields, user list on Android.
