Your elf moved in the night. Now show how it got there, or what it got up to.

Snap one photo of your elf (or any small Christmas toy) where it sits this morning. A few minutes later, My Elf Moved gives you a short AI video of your elf walking, cartwheeling or riding a tiny reindeer into that exact spot. Or set up a little scene and watch your elf come alive and play in it. Every video ends on your real photo, so the magic lands right where your elf is sitting.

YOUR ELF CAN PLAY
- 24 scene guides, one for each night from 1 to 24 December: what you need, exactly where your elf goes and how to snap it
- Play: your elf comes alive and plays with the things around it - flips the gummy eggs, drums on a pan, casts its fishing line - then freezes back into its pose
- Build-up: watch your elf set the whole scene up itself, one piece at a time, ending on your real photo
- Any photo works: the app suggests up to three things your elf could do with what it sees

HOW IT WORKS
- Snap: a guided camera frame for your elf, or pick a photo you already took
- Check: the app makes sure there is a toy in the photo and no people. A photo with a person in it is not used and is deleted straight away
- Pick: 40 arrival moves in four groups - Classic arrivals, Acrobatics, Reindeer magic and Gentle magic - or Play and Build-up, with sound effects
- Give your elf a voice: hear all 12 and pick one, and your elf keeps it in every story
- Free preview: see the "empty spot" (or the scene before your elf set it up) before you use a story
- Wait a few minutes: leave the app if you like, and allow notifications if you want a ping when it is ready

MADE FOR THE BREAKFAST TABLE
- Reveal at breakfast: pick a time, get a notification, and play the story after a short storybook intro
- Save to your phone: no logo on your family copy, just a small AI mark in the corner
- Share: the share copy ends with a 2-second My Elf Moved card
- One free remake per story, and your story credit comes back automatically if a video cannot be made

STORIES AND PRICES
Your first story on each phone is free. After that, buy a pack when you need one: 3 stories, 10 stories or the Christmas Pack of 20 stories. These are one-off purchases through Google Play: nothing renews and stories never expire. After each purchase the app shows a recovery code (also in Settings) that moves your bought stories with you.

AI, PRIVACY AND SAFETY
- Every story is an AI video: make-believe for family fun, not a real recording. Videos carry a small "AI" mark and are labelled as made with AI
- Before your first photo is sent, the app shows which AI services receive it and asks for your OK. You can withdraw it in Settings
- Our server deletes your photos and videos within 24 hours of delivery to your phone. The AI services keep copies only as their own terms allow, as our privacy policy explains
- No ads, no account, no tracking
- Report any video, picture or idea from inside the app, and delete all your data any time in Settings
- For adults 18 and over: made for parents and carers
