Ratings and reviews

Overall, it's great but can be confusing to use. Has had some recent glitches with changing names after they were already selected in an exchange. Interface is not always as intuitive as expected. We've been using it for exchanges for 5 years. It pushes Amazon and a few other vendors for the wishlists, but you can always write in a wish using links from outside the app.

Needs improvement, experiencing issues with gift tracking in group exchanges. When I purchase an item, I should be able to see what I personally bought when I sign in. Right now, items only show as “purchased” to others, with no personal purchase history visible. We also ran into glitches where some listed items disappeared, and other items were marked as purchased even though no one bought them. These issues caused confusion in our group. A simple My Purchases History more reliable list.

the app is not loading. I deleted it addition won't open. it won't go to the g e next page also it used to let you send a link via text message copy a link and send it but now it doesn't. it was a lot easier to use last year I don't know what happened. also. can't text anybody you can't check their contact details. there's no shareable link. it goes to their email and that's it if you end up having entered the wrong email you can't edit your contacts emails either
