About this app

One Eden Ops is the official managing app for One Eden venues and selected partners. It’s built for authorised staff to validate and redeem customer gift vouchers and in-app deals/coupons quickly and securely. Public download is allowed, but sign-in is restricted to users provisioned by One Eden (no self sign-up).

What it's used for:
- Scan or enter codes (QR/barcode/manual) for vouchers and deals.

- Check validity, balance/value, expiry, eligible venues and terms.

- Redeem the required amount (for vouchers) or mark a deal/coupon as redeemed with on-screen confirmation and optional comment.

- View balance & redemption history with timestamps and outcomes for audit.

- Work across your assigned venue(s) under your staff account.

Built for operations:
- Fast camera scanning flows (requires network to validate).

- Clear status messages for success, expiry, usage limits or invalid codes.

- Automatic audit trail of user, time, venue and amounts/deal IDs.

- No payments in this app (customers buy vouchers in One Eden or via web; this app only validates/redeems).

Access & security:
- Login is only for staff accounts created by One Eden staff.

- Keep credentials confidential; all actions are attributable to your user.

- Role-based permissions control redemption and reversal access.

Requirements:
- Internet connection for validation and sync.

- Camera permission for scanning.

- A current, supported app version.
