About this app

Elgo Partner is the counter app for Elgo's partner restaurants and shops. Its raison d'être is summed up in one promise: never miss an order.

AN ALARM YOU CAN'T MISS
With each new order, your phone rings—really. The alarm uses the alarm clock's volume: it sounds even if your phone is on silent, even with the screen off, even with the app closed. It only stops when the order is processed. You can choose from several alarm sounds.

PROCESS AN ORDER IN A FEW STEPS
The order details are displayed: items, options, total. You accept it, specifying a preparation time, add "+5 minutes" if the kitchen is busy, mark it as "Ready" when it can go out—or decline it if necessary. A discreet reminder alerts you as the specified time approaches.

YOUR BUSINESS, IN A SINGLE STEP
Open, on break, closed: the business status can be changed from
the home screen. When on break, you won't receive any new orders while you
take a break; current orders will remain displayed.

DESIGNED FOR THE COUNTER
A phone placed near the till is all you need. The app maintains a
real-time connection with Elgo and automatically resynchronizes when the
network is restored: an order received during an outage is never
lost; it will ring as soon as the connection is restored.

MANAGEMENT REMAINS ON THE WEB
The catalog, opening hours, team, promotions, and portfolio are
managed from the Elgo Partner web dashboard. The mobile app is
dedicated to service: receiving, accepting, preparing, and delivering.

Elgo Partner is for Elgo partner businesses. The connection is
made with the account (email and password) created during the partnership — the
same one as on the web dashboard.

What’s new

Confirmation avant « Prête » et « +5 min » : un pouce qui glisse sur le comptoir ne valide plus rien par erreur. Le comptoir passe tout seul en cuisine quand il n'y a plus rien à accepter. Les articles restent affichés après l'acceptation. L'alarme sonne dès qu'une commande apparaît, même si le réseau hésite.
