About this app

Field Flow was developed for small businesses to manage their daily operations from a single place. Hotel, hair salon, restaurant, real estate, technical service — whatever your business, keep track of what your team is doing.

▪ TASK FLOW
Assign tasks to your team or post open tasks; whoever is available takes on them. Completed tasks, who did them, and when — everything is recorded. Color-code urgent tasks. Schedule tasks for future dates; they will automatically appear in the flow when the time comes.

▪ TEAM
Employees don't need to download the app. Send a single link, they enter their name and join. You can give Assistant Manager authority or remove them from the team.

▪ ONLINE APPOINTMENT
Send your link to the customer, let them choose one of the available times. The request goes to you, you approve it; the customer sees it instantly. Customers can see availability in the appointment book — other names are shown abbreviated for privacy.

▪ CUSTOMER TRACKING
Record processes, share "what stage is your job in" information with the customer via a unique link.

▪ NOTIFICATIONS
You'll be notified when you're assigned a task or a new appointment comes in, even if your phone is locked. You choose which notifications you receive; you can define silent hours.

▪ LIVE STREAM
Watch what's happening in the team all on one screen. Urgent, important, ongoing, completed — everything is color-coded and numbered.

▪ FREE
No ads. No in-app purchases. Team of up to 10 people is free.

Your data is yours. You can permanently delete your account and all your data with a single touch from within the app.
