I rarely give 1* reviews because people, including me, tend to filter them out. This app deserves recognition for quite possibly the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Not only are the translations from whatever original language it was originally written in terrible (seriously, a translator for a single hour would have fixed this), but the help system it links to doesn't even match the UI! And it crashes if I try to add another user, so it's a deal breaker. Product returned.

This app apparently runs many locks. My lock has a Bluetooth option and a key card option. I'm installing mine in a storage closet and luckily I registered the lock to the application and confirmed it worked before I screwed it to the door as I almost locked myself inside the closet. 😃 I programmed both key cards and downloaded the app and both work perfectly. You do always have to reconnect Bluetooth before you unlock the lock which just takes a second within the app. (range limits) I'm happy

Difficult to register and use. Need to create a better software. Cannot create safe password, only takes simple alpha-numeric. Binding kept failing when adding lock. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Defeats the purpose of remote unlocking when needing to "wake" the lock to connect back to bluetooth. Very concerned for safety of the unlocking the lock and easy hackable esmart account. Video tutorial is too fast and view is too small for certain sections. I chose this for the purpose of key backup.
