It used to work perfectly fine, but after the battery ran out and I recharged the lock, it now will not connect via bluetooth, via the app or my phone's bluetooth. The app wasn't clear on how I was supposed to wake up the door knob, so I tried everything from unlocking it to just turning it. I decided to factory reset it, but it still will not connect via bluetooth. Now my door knob is impossible to lock, looks like my room's privacy completely vanished and I've gotta probably get a new lock.

Difficult to register and use. Need to create a better software. Cannot create safe password, only takes simple alpha-numeric. Binding kept failing when adding lock. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Defeats the purpose of remote unlocking when needing to "wake" the lock to connect back to bluetooth. Very concerned for safety of the unlocking the lock and easy hackable esmart account. Video tutorial is too fast and view is too small for certain sections. I chose this for the purpose of key backup.

The product and the software are very versatile and easy to use. However, I can only give 2 to 3 stars because the battery in the padlock cannot last long. After 6 months, it deteriorate very fast and need to be charge very often (every 2 to 3 days). I dare not use anymore because even with full charge, the padlock does not have the power to be unlock fast. It unlock in slow motion and gives me a feeling that it might be dead soon. I don't want to be lock inside my own house.
