About this app

The Elite Platform allows you to purchase shares in real investment projects within Iraq.

What are you actually buying?
When you invest, you purchase shares in an existing, real-world project—agricultural, commercial, or industrial. The amount you pay goes directly to funding the project itself, not to unlocking in-app features or purchasing any digital content. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or packages.

What you get?
• An investment contract signed in your name, which you can download at any time.

• A certificate of ownership showing the number of shares you own and a serial number.

• Live tracking of the project's funding percentage and updates.

• A record of all your investments and received returns.

How to pay?
Payment can be made in cash at our representative's office or by bank card through the First Bank of Iraq portal. Both methods are processed outside the app: the app registers the request, and the funds are transferred to the project's account.

Identity verification?
Because what you are purchasing is real property registered in your name, we require identity verification before you complete your first investment: a copy of your national ID or passport and your basic information. Your data is reviewed manually and stored in encrypted form, and is not shared with any other party.

Protecting your account: You can lock the application with your fingerprint or a PIN, so it will only open if you are using your phone.

Operating entity: The Elite Platform is operated by Elite Real Estate Company for General Trading, Investment, and Real Estate Development, Limited Liability Company, registered with the Companies Registration Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Trade under Incorporation Certificate No. M.SH/A-2-34948. Elite Real Estate Company is the contracting party with the investor in each investment contract. The application is developed and published by OWL Platform for Digital Solutions and Programming.
