About this app

Elixir Attendance turns an Android phone or tablet into a face recognition attendance kiosk for your business. Employees simply look at the camera to punch in or punch out. No cards, no fingerprint machine, no paper register.

FACE RECOGNITION ATTENDANCE
• Register each employee's face once with a guided, step-by-step capture
• Staff punch in and out in seconds by looking at the camera
• Touchless, one-button or two-button punch modes
• Face matching plus a liveness check to discourage proxy attendance

EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
• Employee profiles with code, mobile number, department and designation
• Shifts with grace period, break allowance, half-day and overtime rules
• Night shifts that cross midnight
• A separate attendance-only login for the kiosk phone, so staff can punch but cannot change anything

ATTENDANCE REPORTS
• Daily attendance, employee summary, late coming, early going, absent, half day, overtime, work hours, missing punch and multiple punch reports
• Filter by day, week, month or custom dates, and by employee, department or shift
• Export to CSV or Excel, or print and save as PDF
• Review, correct and lock attendance for payroll, with a full change history

WORK CALENDAR & HOLIDAYS
• Weekly offs, full-day and half-day holidays
• Different work calendars for different teams

LOCATION & TIME
• Optional GPS location on every punch, or a site name you choose
• Optional geofence: allow punches only at your workplace
• Uses the phone's automatic date, time and time zone, so attendance cannot be backdated by changing the clock

WORKS OFFLINE
• Punches are saved on the device first and sync to the cloud when the internet is back

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Face templates stay on the phone where they were registered and are never uploaded
• Each organisation's data is kept separate
• Delete your account from inside the app or from our website

Good to know: face data is stored only on the device. If the app is uninstalled or the phone is reset, employees register their faces again. Setting up an organisation needs an internet connection and a verified email address.
