About this app

Elixir is the mobile application for community pharmacists in Algeria. It connects your pharmacy management software (ChifaPlus, XpertPharm, or EasyPharm) and your CHIFA Officine workstation to a single application: supplier invoices, inventory, orders, bonuses, CNAS third-party payment, and an assistant that understands your pharmacy.

AI INVOICE — YOUR SUPPLIER INVOICES WITHOUT ENTRY
• Take a picture of an invoice (one or more pages): Elixir reads the header, each line item, and the totals.

• Each product is automatically matched to your catalog; quantities, free units, batches, and PPA (Price per Item) can be verified with a single tap.

• Your corrections are saved: the same description is recognized on subsequent invoices.

• The invoice is sent to your software: direct insertion into ChifaPlus, or upload to the import folder in XpertPharm or EasyPharm.

AI ORDER & BONUS — THE BEST PURCHASE, CALCULATED
• Register your distributors and paste their bonus lists (WhatsApp message, PDF, or screenshot): Elixir reads and recognizes each product.

• Create a purchase order from your low stock or by typing in the products.

• AI Bonus distributes the order among the distributors based on free units, price, expiration date, and minimum order quantity, then prepares a voucher ready to be sent to each distributor via WhatsApp.

CHIFA MODULE (CNAS)
• Slips and their actual status: to be processed, pending, in progress, paid, with amounts in DA.

Rejected orders to be processed, invoices for the day, dispensing overlaps.

Patients and chronic treatments requiring renewal, with, for each medication, what you actually have in stock.

Reminders via WhatsApp for prescription renewals.

Assistant for CHIFA error codes.

STOCK
• Your software's actual stock levels: products, batches, quantities, PPA (Personalized Product Analysis), expiration dates.

• Threshold and expiration alerts, products to order.

• Sending a scanned barcode to your management software.

ELIXIR AI — THE ASSISTANT THAT READS YOUR DATA
• Ask questions just like at the counter: "How much Doliprane do I have left?", "What can I give instead of Augmentin?", "Is this medication reimbursed and at what rate?", "What is the status of my prescription slips?".

• It responds using your stock levels, purchases, the product nomenclature, the CNAS (National Health Insurance Fund) database of medications, and drug interactions — never from memory.

• Patient names never leave your pharmacy.

YOUR DATA STAYES HOME
• Elixir connects to two small programs installed in the pharmacy: the Elixir agent on the management workstation and the CHIFA agent on the CHIFA Pharmacy workstation.

• Inventory, CNAS invoices, delivery notes, and patient information are read on demand via an encrypted connection, without being copied to the cloud. Processed bonus lists and your order forms are stored in the pharmacy agent.
