Terrible. It doesn't work well. It just gets stuck in the "Please wait while we get it set up" screen and red circle keeps spinning at 0%. Also does not work when offline. Has to load up if it can even get past the load screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and still does not work. Also last update was in 2020? It's been 2 years without any updates.

The content is fantastic, the app functionality is not. Haven't been able to get it to load or open for the past couple days after trying several times and reinstalling app, etc. Would be a much better app if it actually loaded and opened. Shame because it is an ideal way for my to view the course material Edit: it takes a while to load but at least it works now

Terrible app! I downloaded the modules so that I could listen when I dont have wifi, a day later they are no longer downloaded on the app. Once I got back into wifi service I started to download modules and continue working on the program. As I am listening to and reading along tp the module the app will continually jump to another module that I am downloading. Very frustrating.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'm always trying to fix bugs and improve the overall experience of the app. I will have a fix out soon for the audio switching after a download is finished. If possible could you contact support on Elk101.com with further info on your device and your experience of losing downloaded content?
