UPDATE: Their new pricing is competitive now, hence, this update. Still, they need to improve the following aspects: - The process of ordering a taxi takes 7 clicks minimum! This is bad for user and business - They almost have no customer service! thea new app for taxi service, one would expect it to be cheaper than YallaGo, to gain a share of the market. But nope! Their prices are 20-25% higher! Why would I wanna try a new service provider, if the older one is cheaper and more widespread???

Reasonable and cheap prices But the number of drivers decreased There is a problem locating and it takes a very long time to find a driver I hope these problems will be solved
