Honestly the app is very disappointing, trying to log in ad waiting for an otp that never reaches your number ,when you go to there branches you are told to use certain codes that only require you to be having airtime ,your app service is poor yet the world is modernising everyday ,you want to keep pushing customers away because of OTP issues kindly resolve this issue it is now a yera down since i accesed my account through this app

the app doesn't work at all.very useless app. the ussd charges are too high. WiFi is free but we can't use it on the internet. or is this the way of draining many from us clients? ussd charges are too expensive in the long run. maybe you collabo with safaricom to get some money

This is the most useless bank I’ve ever dealt with. Mobile app withdrawals fail and money disappears. Calls go unanswered for hours, and when finally answered, you’re told to wait days. I still have a failed transaction pending for over a year, and today’s transaction also failed.i hope it won't be the same coz its really causing inconvenience, All you get is “sorry for the inconvenience” which i don't want to hear with no real help.
