Very disappointing experience with the Kingdom Bank Mobile App. I’m in a remote area and cannot access a branch, yet the app won’t log in and the USSD code isn’t working. Customer care took the whole day to answer, only to say the system is under servicing. No prior message or notice was sent to customers. Very poor communication and unreliable service.

How can a whole financial institution fumble this much on such a critical app? I mean nothing works in this app and the USSD is not any better, the app itself screams a hurriedly launched app. With the kind of trust and efficiency expected from a bank, this feels like a joke, like a struggling unregulated upcoming table banking thing. Either get rid of the app all together or give us an update to sort the mess. It's been a pathetic experience, to say the least! The PAYBILL is also a mess.

This is the most useless bank I’ve ever dealt with. Mobile app withdrawals fail and money disappears. Calls go unanswered for hours, and when finally answered, you’re told to wait days. I still have a failed transaction pending for over a year, and today’s transaction also failed.i hope it won't be the same coz its really causing inconvenience, All you get is “sorry for the inconvenience” which i don't want to hear with no real help.
