This is the most useless bank I’ve ever dealt with. Mobile app withdrawals fail and money disappears. Calls go unanswered for hours, and when finally answered, you’re told to wait days. I still have a failed transaction pending for over a year, and today’s transaction also failed.i hope it won't be the same coz its really causing inconvenience, All you get is “sorry for the inconvenience” which i don't want to hear with no real help.

very disappointed, every time I have an emergency and need my funds there's always something wrong with my app. I'll be closing my account all together due to the frustration. I'll take my chances with Unaitas

Very very disappointed! I have been trying to pay up a loan since Tuesday but am told there's a system default how can such take over 72hrs to resolve very inconvenient!
