😭 Abroad or overseas FTB clients can't entrust their funds with this bank through such an app which always locks you out. Then the bank will tell you to report physically to it's HQ for updates or resolving this issue. Sometimes you're advised to update online by filling in sent forms from FTB which is also tiresome and it takes time. Still after getting through all these and your app is normally running well, same issue will recur as you get locked out again. Style up p'se. We Love the Bank.

Why is it even hard to open up our own internet banking account? Probably i might be the only one with this problem. I mean let clients create their own accounts instead of you doing that yourselves. It's a hassle if something goes wrong in the process. We be call the care centre begging but not help. Please I beg of you to do some updates on your website and put that feature please.

App has been great for long, almost two years for me until now. It won't let me login no more, it's not steady on my screen, keeps blinking like it's refreshing!! Help fix this quick as we depend on this app to do work. Your humble client.
