About this app

DPM Mobile Pro is the app for mobile access to your company's DPM document management system. View, approve, and sign documents wherever you are, without having to open the management software on your computer.

FEATURES

• Document consultation — browse your company archive, open PDFs directly in the app, and download the files you need.

• Search and filters — quickly find a document by content or by the fields provided by your database.

• Approvals — receive approval requests and manage them in just a few taps.

• Signatures — sign documents that require your signature.

• Document creation — upload new documents by taking a photo, choosing an image from your gallery, or selecting a file from your device.

• Push notifications — receive an alert when a document arrives for approval or signature.

• Inbox — check the inbox associated with your profile.

• Quick access with QR code — enter the app by scanning the code displayed on your desktop, without typing your credentials.

• Multiple databases — if you work with multiple databases, switch between them without leaving the app.

REQUIREMENTS

DPM Mobile Pro is not a standalone app: to use it, you need an active DPM installation at your company and the credentials provided by your system administrator. You cannot register independently from the app.

Upon first access, you will be asked for the company server address, as well as your username and password.
